Metro Manila, the Philippines The Arton by Rockwell is located in the Quezon City area of Metro Manila. The project is strategically located near three universities: Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, and the University of the Philippines Diliman. Three towers range between 24 and 32 stories and feature a variety of Studio, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units. Ground floor retail, pools and landscape areas act as an amenity for the residents.
