Fort Worth, Texas This project is the renovation of a 100 year old building that began it's life as a grocery supply warehouse. The renovation included conversion of 2 floors of the concrete frame building into lofts, and 1 level of wood construction added on the existing roof. This unique property also features private terraces that are impressively large and offer dramatic views of downtown Fort Worth. The unique "butterfly" roof structure is immediately recognizable throughout the area.
