Jakarta, Indonesia The Pakubuwono development is truly transformational for the Kebayoran Baru region of Jakarta. The first phase of work inlcudes 5 residential towers - each 24 stories. Each tower featured a distinctive crown that is lit up each night. The next phase of development is the Pakubuwono Signature - a 50-story luxury residential tower that was the tallest residential structure in the region at the time of it's completion. The project includes 200 units and is a premier example of high-end vertical living with lush green space and landscape areas.
