Magnolia on Zang is a multiphase development in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. The first phase of work included the renovation and reuse of a 1940s church and classroom building, which were renovated into a boutique hotel and event space. A new 3-story multifamily building was added to the site with outdoor amenity areas that are shared by the 2 buildings. Residents on the top floor enjoy private rooftop terraces with views of downtown Dallas.
